Job Description

Provide IT proposal and report for the company

Responsible for the overall LAN/ WAN set-up issue

Desktop Laptop installation and anti-virus (for about 400 PCs)

Coordinate, maintain and test 10 servers

Communication overseas customer with WAN issue on a daily base

To provide quick service for the company for any uncertain IT matter





Requirements

Be fluent in English (written and spoken), to communicate with overseas customer on a daily basis

1 year or above experience of Desktop support (Windows XP with hardware and software expertise)

Working knowledge of LAN/WAN and Cisco networking

IT (system/application/network) project plan/design/implement experience preferred
Preferably with MCSE (Microsoft Certified System Engineer) certification.

Bachelor degree

Good problem solving skills and logical thinking

Advanced leadership skills

Can accept overtime work
