工作职责：

-接收不同渠道报名， 建立和维护报名人员数据库

-维护推荐门店的清单，根据日常工作反馈和部门内外的信息

-及时电访邀约和回访，提供咨询、邀约、跟进等服务，完善标准流程和话术

-跟进和沟通：传递愿意入店的报名用户信息给销售和客户，跟进、处理过程中出现的问题

-数据统计和分析：报名及电访引流的日报表、项目的周报和月报，过程中优化记录表

-官方公众号留言回复，市场部其他活动的客服支持（如需电访）

职位要求：

-大专以上，专业不限，听力或医学护理类优先；

-电访客服经验优先，掌握基本的电话沟通技巧；

-良好的office软件操作

-有耐心和服务精神，踏实肯干，愿意学习
