Job Responsibilties:

• Execute and Deliver a qualified and robust
  engineering product flawlessly

• Lean calibration built to assure the seamless
  functional development execution

• Build and maintain the Cal Guide and Cal Procedure

• Support the Cal Review and maintain the Cal Base

• Take lead about the subsystem functional training
  including the training material maintained

• Attend the RSM review from core software updated, draft AIR, verify
  the change after SW release, maintain the document

• Hot Trip/Altitude Trip/Cold Trip testing support

• Technical Reports submitted and New Technology
  implemented

• Create Customer's Value and Exceed Customer’s
  expectations

• Support to complete the change. implement CN

• Finish the problem
  solving and focus on continue improvement

• Job Qualifications

• Bachelor’s
  Degree in Vehicle Engineering or Internal Combustion Engine required, Master
  preferred.

  • Experience/Special
    Skills:

  • Strong
    technical knowledge about internal combustion engine including detailed
    understanding of each vehicle system component, especially the engine,
    transmission and emission control subsystem.

  • Strong
    analytical and problem solving skills

  • Willing
    to continuously learn new technologies

  • Excellent
    language skills in oral and written English

  • At
    least C class driver license
