1. End-user support of Teamcenter PROD system.

2. End-User support of Teamcenter during UAT, regression and Performance testing on QA environment. 

3. Perform root cause analysis, debugging problems with the Teamcenter environment, and then work with the appropriate technical teams to develop, test, and implement fixes to prevent recurrence.

4. Monitor, address, and resolve Teamcenter environment incidents, service requests, workflows, client install packages, etc., collaboratively with the PLM development and administration teams.

5.Document all aspects of system support such that knowledge is readily shared among all those tasked with supporting Teamcenter.

6.Support SIT and UAT with business users as necessary. 

7.Provide demos to users as and when required.

8. Prepare training material and arrange training sessions for business users. 

9. Support business readiness and change management activities prior to go-live and in production.

10. Support migration activities if any.

11.Keeps records of issues and resolution through Tickets and Service Requests in Service Now

12.Generating Weekly Metrics Report

13.Creation of Users and Decommissioning of Users and assignment to roles and organizations through IDM workflow process

14. Investigate and trouble shoot issues faced by users on Teamcenter, which involves working with Siemens GTAC tech support teams in some cases, for resolution

15. Coordination with other Integration development and support team such as Oracle, Primavera, IDM, reporting tools, CAD teams, etc.

16.Coordination with Infrastructure (Server, Oracle DBA, Network, Storage, ERP, CAD) teams for Teamcenter user issues and application environment issues

17. Support and monitor T4O and T4EA activities 

18.Maintenance Deployment of Product patch, Code & Configuration based on the instruction shared by product vendor & development team respectively

19. Client & server configurations.
