Job Roles and Responsibilities

· Linux and ESXi management

· Patching management on Linux Environment

· Security Hardening on Linux

· Disk/LVM management· Performance and Capacity management

· Meet requirements of the on-call roster as assigned, being available to respond in time to meet the minimum criteria laid down for Severity 1 & 2 problems within the customer's Service Level Agreements.

· Solve problems when happened and provide management report

· Able to work on flexible hours and responsible for 24x7 oncall/standby

Job Requirements & Qualification (skills/experiences)

· Strong skills and at least 3 years’ experience in Linux Environment(Level3/4)

· Capable to upgrade and maintain Linux backup/restore solutions, install and manage Linux (Level3/4)

· Strong skills with LVM and HA solution in LINUX server(Level 3/4)

· Knowledge with VMware solution

· Understand Enterprise Operations Process, ITIL

· Strong trouble shooting skill (Level3/4)· Preferably have comprehensive knowledge of Hardware like: IBM X, Pure system. Blade center

· Certification of hardware and software in IBM/HP/EMC/HDS/Brocade/Microsoft will be a plus.
