General Administration (office admin & Plant admin)

  

• Assist Admin Officer on plant admin service—shuttle bus, canteen, cleaning

• Assist Admin Officer on office admin service--stationery, office layout, office 5S

• Provide visa application support & other business needs

• Follow up other assignment from Plant Manager

   

  HR Admin Supporting

            

• Assist HR on employee communication-company policy, HR policy, employee satisfaction survey, announcement, employee activity etc.

• Follow up the procedure of new- hired and leaver (internal)

• In charge of employee data updating, annual leave, weekly report, etc..

• Other work assigned by HR

Employee Relationship

  

•      Involve in employee club and provide support.

•      Assist admin officer to organize company big activity, annual dinner, annual travel, etc.

•      Regularly update company billboard notice

      

• 
  

  

External Relationship

  

•      Assist Admin officer on annual audit from government departments

•      Collect updated government policy on administration and company operation

•     Provide related service to visitors

        

Qualifications:

  

• Bachelor degree or equivalent in related discipline.

• A minimum of 2 years working experience in the related area.

• Good knowledge and experience of related work.

   Good communication and interpersonal skill.

• Good command of English and computer literacy.
