工作地点：贵阳及其他地区

工作职责：包括但不限于以下：

·           Carry out site / factory inspections for various projects in the region to assist in review of fabrication and                     installation of components

·           针对当地项目到工地/工厂检测以及审查各幕墙组件的制造和安装；

·           Prepare detailed and accurate inspection reports in a timely manner

·           按时提供详细和准确的检查报告；

·           Responsible for reviewing site and factory works and observe contractor’s work and quality control methods and report on observations

·           负责进行工地和工厂的视察，检查承包商的工作和质量控制并报告检测结果；

·           Write and provide reports for site activities as per client requirements

·           根据客户的要求编写及提供工地工作进度报告；

·           Take instruction from the Inhabit QA/QC Manager and Inhabit site Project Manager as to the day to day duty requirements

·           向英海特的质检经理和项目经理报告每日的工程工作进度；

·           Be pro-actively involved in monitoring the overall execution of projects and attend to project needs when and as required

·           积极参与监测项目的整体执行情况，并根据需要随时参与项目需求；

·           Attend day to day meetings with client and other consultants

·           与客户和其他顾问一起参加日常会议；

·           Review shop drawings from contractors

·           审核承包商的图纸；

·           Report any project issues to Directors so that client relations can be addressed early. Maintain an exceptional record in client response to timeliness and quality of work provided

·           向总监报告任何项目问题，以便及早修补与客户的关系，并且提供改善工作使工作质量和时间不会受影响；

要求

·           Bachelor’s in Mechanical / Civil Engineering or related field.
           本科以上机械/土木工程或相关专业学历。

·           More than 5 years experiences in fa？ade design and site construction.
            5年以上幕墙设计及现场施工经验。

·           Familiar with fa？ade system and relevant industry standards.
            熟悉幕墙系统和相关行业规范。

·           Be familiar with CAD and office software tools.
            熟悉CAD软件及办公软件。

·           Basic skills in spoken and written English.
具备基本的英语读写能力。
