岗位职责：

1、物流订单处理：调度并分派物流订单，对物流订单执行过程进行监控，并及时处理异常情况；

2、客户服务；及时处理客户反馈的投诉或问题，协调公司内外部资源予以解决，并将最终结果在规定时间内反馈给客户；

3、数据统计分析：准确统计每月的物流运作量，并对运作数据及运作指标进行分析；

4、物流单据管理：审核、统计回单回收的完整性、有效性，并对回单进行存档管理；

5、运作改善与改进：制定、优化相关运作制度与流程，对物流供应商实施培训、检查和督导，持续提升运作质量。

任职要求：

1、全日本科及以上学历，物流、营销、工商管理、国际贸易等相关专业；

2、具有积极进取的心态和敬业精神，责任心强，踏实稳重，性格开朗；

3、具有良好的组织协调和沟通能力、抗压力能；

4、熟练应用word,execl,ppt等办公系统软件。
