考泰斯全球管培生项目（Kautex Global Trainee Program）是一个为期两年的全球轮岗项目，旨在培养考泰斯未来管理人才。项目期间，管培生将得到4次轮岗机会，至少在相关部门的两个以上不同岗位或地区（全球范围内）轮岗 ，轮岗期间将有专门导师进行持续的专业培训和职业规划辅导。轮岗结束后，将会根据个人意愿和考核结果在全球定岗。

2 24 months, 4 rotations , 6 months for each rotation

3 Ongoing training and career coaching

4 International plant assignments

Candidate Profile:

1 Bachelor and Master graduates in engineering/machinery related majors

2 Strong analytical skills

3 Excellent communication skills

4 Team player with strong interpersonal skills

5 Open for challenges-drive for results

6 Willingness and ability to learn " on the fly"

7 Fluent English skills, an additional language would be an advantage

8 Strong organizational skills

9 Flexibility

10 Geographic mobility

As world market leader for plastic fuel tank systems, Kautex Textron support its customers in the automotive and packaging industries with around 5,430 employees in 37 locations worldwide. We provide high quality products with promptly delivered on Complete fuel systems, Barrier Technologies, Blow molding simulation to field testing of plastic tanks.

Now we have built a new manufacturing based in Chongqing to serve domestic auto industry customers. Our investment is 15 million US dollars. The 16,000 square meter plant features the most advanced co-extrusion blow-molding technology.
