职位描述
Title: Sales Manager
Location: Hangzhou
Report to: Commercial Director - China
Job Purpose:
Responsible for driving the business growth all over China, meeting sales targets based on the annual sales plan as well as leading the related business initiatives by keeping close contact with customers
Key Responsibilities:
- Investigate the potential accounts by developing domestic markets and make sells plan;
- Make close contact with existing accounts and proceed the up sell and cross sell
- Manage the full sales cycle and required reporting by conducting daily sales call, customer visit, managing forecast, writing quotation, price negotiation etc. Record and maintain the customer information & communications.
- Develop and present the annual and three years' sales plan and make the updating
- Develop and execute business development plans involving industry/market growth opportunities and sales channels integrated with China marketing plans.
- Analyze regional industry performance / trends, key customers, competition and project pursuit performance to enable evaluation and recommendations for improvement.
- Market feedback to HQ for existing and new product/service
- Provide sales support for the technical account manager
- Monitor and control sales expenses.
- Ensure customer inquiries, orders, complaints are handled promptly and satisfactorily
- Work with financial team on reviewing latest invoices, credit issues, account receivables and order processing to insure proper procedures are followed.
- Contribute to the Marketing Team with presentations, article contributions to newsletters and customer catering etc by attending corporate marketing activities like seminars and exhibitions.
- Complete other tasks assigned by supervisor
Requirements:
- High integrity character in line with Romax corporate culture.
- Bachelor degree or above in Engineering or equivalent as basic requirement.
- About 5-8 years' working experience as sales in Wind Energy industry /mechanical industry or equivalent;beijng familiar with wind farm market;
- Strong analytical skills and problem solving ability with team-working spirit.
- Good negotiation skills, proven communication and people skills;
- High commercial awareness, self-motivated, and result oriented;
- Work with great passion and can travel frequently;
- Strong psychological adjustments ability in dealing with pressure and work load;
- Good command of both written and spoken English
