POSITION SUMMARY

·To be responsible for different financial function (AR, AP, GL)

·To provide support to the finance team in daily operation of the group and special function organization

·To gather and consolidate the data need for and provide updated information to management with the objective of ensuring smooth running of the department on a day-to-day basis as well as during special events

PRINCIPLE DUTIES, AND RESPONSIBILITIES ·Timely and accurately ensure tax invoice issuing according to system billing·Monitor cash / check collection·Perform the cash application base on the AR collection log·Review and process the payment timely ·Perform local credit review·Prepare monthly journals·Verify the reasonable profitability according to JCS·Assist in different financial reports·Involve in the solution for customer/vendor/supplier complaint and dispute·Local bank and tax related issues·Ensure all the activities complying with company policy and the requirement of internal control·Provide support to internal and external audit·Assist team lead to fulfill other assignments relatively·Assist finance manager and work with other departments to identify any opportunity of process optimization to achieve productivity improvement target

JOB SPECIFICATIONS FOR SUCCESSFUL PERFORMANCE

Academic:

·Bachelor degree in finance or accounting

Experience & knowledge:

·Three to Five (3-5) years related work experience in accounting or finance environment, and 2 years in multi-national company

·Fluency in English and local language, verbal and written

·Proficient in office software (word / excel / power point / etc)

Attribute:

·Good communication skill, team player, can work independently & under pressure, detail oriented
