Job responsibilities:

1.      Responsible for the processing of orders for both domesticand foreign markets, which includes and not limited to the following:

a)        Reviewing of contracts,

b)       Following-up of orders,

c)        Customs declaration,

d)       Payment maters, and so on. 

2.      Organization information and following up with customer/s,so as to support the Sales department for project/s bidding. 

3.      Maintain good communication with all related parties fromdifferent departments to keep track on the progress of the project/s so as toensure the successful execution and completion.

 

Job criteria:

1.      Collegedegree or above, with at least one year working experience in overseas business/tradecompany, major in international trade, business administration, English orother related majors will be recommended. 

2.      Familiar with IT industry and customs policy in differentcountries. 

3.      Candidateto possess the following traits and skills:

a)        Possess good business and trade related knowledge,

b)       GoodEnglish communication skills,

c)        Proactivecharacter,

d)       Meticulous,disciplined and reliable personality,

e)        Strong execution ability,

f)        Good document writing ability,

g)       Possess the ability to analyze and solve problems,

h)       Skilled in various types of software and officeequipment.
