1、 根据公司发展战略，拟定市场战略规划和营销战略规划，以及年度实施计划，并组织执行；

2、 定期对市场营销环境、目标、计划、业务活动进行核查分析，及时调整营销策略和计划，制订预防和纠正措施，确保完成营销目标和营销计划；

3、 负责推广团队的组建，人才的引进和专业推广技巧培训；

4、 负责制定团队日常工作活动的规划和具体实施措施

任职要求：

1、 本科及以上学历，市场营销、广告、计算机等相关专业；

2、 五年以上市场推广经验，三年以上市场团队管理经验；

3、 精通线上微博、SEM、SEO、邮件及线下展会、市场活动等推广方式；
