Primary Responsibilities 主要职责:

•  准确、及时地把客户订单输入Oracle系统

• 向珠海工厂采购并与珠海工厂各相关部门同事保持良好的沟通，每天跟进订单进度及时安排订单发货

• 客户保修配件的处理

• 每天跟踪客户订单货物签收情况并及时、准确在ORALCE系统作关单确认

• 及时向客户反馈订单处理进度和发货情况及发票查询等

• 及时把客户的需求反馈给销售人员和物流、计划部门

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

• 2年以上客户服务工作经验

• 认真仔细, 责任心强, 善于沟通和跨部门协作

• 大学本科以上文凭，专业不限

• 大学英语4级以上，能熟练使用常用办公软件
