岗位职责：

1、 Helpdesk值班（工作时间/非工作时间不同KPI考核）；

2、 对国内外用户/（外部用户）在线/上门提供EPOD系统培训，业务培训；

3、 对国内外用户/（内部用户）在线/上门提供EPOD系统培训，业务培训；

4、 为国内外用户提供包括：EPOD业务逻辑,技术应用问题；

5、 为Helpdesk 建立完善固化的工作流程和体系；

6、 能独立高效解决交易过程中商纠。

任职资格:

1、中英文读写流利；

2、可出差国内外；

3、 熟练运用PPT；

4、具备传统行业经验；

5、具备对EPOD应用熟练掌握；

6、 善于沟通，抗压力强。
