职位描述

The SAP R2P Associate will be primarily responsible for converting PR (Purchase Requisition) to PO (Purchase Order) in SAP Manual PO System for Vision Care, releasing and expediting PO.

In this role, the key responsibilities are:

PR/PO management

  • PO transactions in SAP & Vision Care Manual PO System
  • Receive PR (Purchase Requisition in SAP) and Purchase Request from stakeholders in Vision Care, clarify the specification when necessary, and deal with PR pending issues and validate the commercial terms.
  • Convert fully completed PR to PO, create PO, and send PO to the suppliers
  • Manage POs throughout the PO lifecycle including but not limited to gain PO Acknowledgement from the supplier, expedite the delivery time, revise/cancel PO when necessary.
  • Provide Report regularly or as requested by Sourcing or Category Lead, e.g., Open PO Report, Spend Report, Supplier List, etc.

Maintain and Create Supplier/Material Data

  • Defines data collection approach between the requestor and/or the vendor as necessary, collect and review data, evaluate supporting documents against local standards

· Prepares request forms (electronic or paper, as applicable) based on the supporting documents and data standards

· Follows-thru completion of requests and escalate as needed to ensure timeliness

Audit and Compliance

  • Maintain documentation to satisfy internal and external audit requirements
  • Ensure current processes, systems, databases and information security are up to date and comply with current legislation
  • Assist in audit and legal compliance as required
  • Support Audit and Compliance needs and requirements

To be successful in the role, the following skills and experience are required:

  • Demonstrates traits and behaviors in line with J&J Credo
  • Knowledge of Procurement processes (Requisitioning, PO, Invoicing),
  • Experience with SAP Purchase transactions
  • Experience with interacting with customer (customer service experience)
  • Experience in administration or data analysis
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Problem solving skills to deal with difficult situations
  • Language proficiency of reading, speaking and writing in Chinese and English
  • General Microsoft office skills
