1. 参与支持先期物流规划及采购的相关工作；

1. 协助销售部门对于新零件的包装方案制作和报价；

Support Autoliv sales organization in new components packaging solution design and quotation;

1. 负责同客户建立良好的关系,保持良好的沟通；

Goods relationship and keep good communication with customer.

1. 负责将正确的包装信息和要求及时传递给公司相关部门；

Passed the packaging related information and request to the internal relevant departments in time;

1. 负责在系统中向包材供应商发起包装设计需求或包装改进需求；

Raise the new design or changing requirements to packaging suppliers via system;

1. 负责全程参与并监督包装方案设计及系统中的审批流程，确保所有的包装方案符合标准及质量要求；

Monitor and assist with ensuring that packaging meets objectives, quality and standards;

1. 负责与供应商、客户沟通，与客户确认最终有效的包装方案；

Communicate with customers and packaging suppliers to get the approval for the final packaging concept.

8． 负责针对包材供应商的管理工作；

9． 负责制定成品包装作业指导书；

Packing WI prepare for finished goods

10．负责指导产线包装变更及其他问题的解决；

Prepare package design, leading production line packing change or other problems;

11．负责对成品和原材料包装方案和成本进行持续改进；

Continuous improvements for finish goods and raw material packaging design and cost;

12．负责对零件供应商的包装包装申请进行批准；

Centralize approval for packaging request (new parts or supplier / changes) from suppliers;

13．负责在系统中维护包装相关信息；

Maintain packaging profile master data in ERP and ensure data accuracy;

14．负责协调各部门确认和验证包装方案,包括包装成本,运输条件等.

Communicate and coach the packaging standards across the organization (Logistics/Purchasing/Quality/Manufacturing)

15．负责包装器具的采购申请,指导包装及器具的维修管理；

Packaging bins purchasing application, and guide the packaging bins maintenance;

16．中转库包装作业指导书的制定和翻包装培训

Returnable package proposal release and re-pack training for transit warehouse.

17．执行贯彻BPR中包装相关内容；

Execute packaging related items in Autoliv BPR

18．完成每周、每月计划报告；

Complete weekly and monthly report;
