What are my responsibilities?
Location Officer will support the location manager to manage the Siemens owned office building in Shanghai which is a 45,000 sqm site.
Office operating service management aiming to ensure delivery best Facility management service to meet customer expectations and company interest
? Deliver effective and efficient office service in line with company standard
? Monitor the daily operation of property management company including soft service and hard service
? Monitor the maintenance and minor repair work done by the vendor
? Monitor and track the small fit out project or maintenance project
? Environment Health and Safety topic follow up.
? Customer request follow up
What do I need to qualify for this job?
? Basic knowledge about administration operation
? Major in M&E, civil engineering, automation is preferred ;
? Good in team work;
? Communication skills;
? Excellent in customer service sense;
? Good in English (written & spoken)
? Good computer skill (excel, word, ppt, etc.)
Experience
? about 2~3 yrs of related working experience in office administration and operation
? Working experience in a foreign company is preferred
? Working experience in real estate field in preferred
