Responsibility:

• Support system upgrade on payroll project go live;
• Ensure to effective and efficient communication with Local HR, Project team, individual employees and other functional teams for related inquires;
• Support special projects and other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Minimum three years of work experience in HR role, one year at least in C&B function preferred; Familiar with regular payroll operation and China statutory requirement related to pay and benefit;
• Initiative, willing to learn, detail oriented, able to work under pressure and good team player;
• Ability to work independently, multi-tasking and detail-oriented;
• Proficiency in SAP, Microsoft Office, esp. Excel;
• Communication skills both in Chinese & English.
