Job descriptions:

1.Manage to the laboratory in Routine , in order to ensure the smooth running of laboratory work effectively

2.Develop new product quality management plan, and supervise the implementation, so that the new product

quality level reaches a predetermined target

3.Monitor material detection and solve problems of the production process quality control guide;

4.Confirm new raw materials and instruct tests. Modify and localize new products

5.Assist supervisors to analyze, solve quality problem; satisfy internal and exterior quality requirements from

customers, and improve product quality.

6.Responsible for the technical document compiling and management

7.Pujiang experimental equipment maintenance, maintenance and repair

8.Establish department and personal goals of development.

9.Finish other tasks handed by related superiors.




Requirement:

1.Good education background in Chemistry, chemical engineering and or related fields;

2.More than five years related working experience;

3.Good command of product structure and properties, and application

4.Strong management skills to enhance lab team enthusiasm.

5.Strong interpersonal, communication skills and team work spirit.
