Job Responsibilities:

1. Preparing daily payment documents and reimbursement checking;

准备日常付款资料，审核员工报销单；

2. Issue invoice and prepare invoice list according to Monthly statement from customer and Logistics SAP data.

根据客户收货对账单，SAP数据开具增值税发票，整合开票数据做开票明细表；

3. Handle Monthly taxes payable declaration including National taxes and Local taxes, coordinate all the other tax related issues;

每月国税、地税申报以及其他所有与税务相关的事宜；

4. Company certificates annual inspection and fixed asset inventory

公司证书年检，固定资产盘点；

5. Handle and coordinate all the other bank, government, customs related issues.

协调处理其他与银行、政府、海关相关事宜。

岗位要求：

Requirements:

1. University student will be graduated in 2020, major in Finance or accounting;

2020年毕业学生，财务或会计相关专业；

2. Oral and written English communication skills;

具备口语和书面英文沟通能力；

3. Adaptability and initiatives;

有较强的适应性和主动性；

4. This job will be lasted to June 2020.

此实习工作将持续到2020年6月。

5.Expected attendance  is 2 or 3 days a week.（Saturday and Sunday is working day)

保证每周2-3天出勤时间(周六、周日不工作）
