职位描述
岗位职责：
1、负责配送现场的日常管理；
2、管理、调度及考核同城配司机的工作，保证各项同城配发运任务的保质按时完成；
3、保持与客户联系，确保订单发运计划预约并及时调度，按调度计划,合理安排好调车及配送货物；
4、使用系统准确掌握司机各种动态记录，合理调度，最大限度地提高车辆利用率，分析费用，有效控制成本。
任职要求：
1、中专及以上学历，配送现场调度或车队管理经验；
2、电脑办公软件操作熟练，对运输配送管理等IT系统操作有所了解；
3、沟通能力较强，擅于与送货司机打交道，具有较强的协调、组织能力；
4、喜欢挑战，工作积极主动，能吃苦耐劳，愿意在物流行业长期发展。
