Line Manager: Report to BJ Assy HVM Deputy Director

Attention: The position located in Beijing, China, all the candidates outside BJ or China are welcomed, we offer relocate allowance to successful Non-BJ candidates.

Responsibilities:

We need invite 1 section head who work in Semicon in assembly process field:

1. Responsible to document, edit and maintain process control specification, control plan, FMEA, and respective process step work instruction for HVM builds.

2. Review product documents for HVM Builds on timely manner. Feedback to respective project manager or planner is clarification is needed.

3. Feedback to assembly process engineering manager for any product risk if any during the product review.

4. Provide clear instructions to HVM Operations for all builds.

5. Participate in all capability development projects in own process area. This includes, equipment related upgrade, process change, etc. to achieve company quality and business goals

6. To implement other tasks assigned by director and support other necessary project between departments.

Requirements:

1. 8+ years of process engineering working experiences in semiconductor environment

2. Be familiar with assembly process in WL, SMT/Flip-Chip or FOL, EOL and etc.

3. Interested to be a team leader to lead team execute project for new product introduction until production released

4.5+ years of team management experiences, managing projects involve multiple cross functional team.

5. Good communication skills, and follow-up action items until full closure.

6. Both Chinese and English are fluent.
