Implement and maintain the Medical device post-market surveillance
Support the implementation of the Healthcare Customer Complaint Handling System and ensure that all Healthcare China personnel receive AE training and information.
Interface with competent authorities for reporting incidents and field safety actions, including FSCA, Recalls, AE, Medical Device Advertisement.
Be the main point of contact for regulatory compliance issues

Evaluate changes for compliance to regulatory requirements and ensure changes are communicated in a timely basis as appropriate to regulatory authorities (change control)
Evaluate non-conformance, determine their impact on regulatory submission, determine whether they need to be reported to the management.
Responsible overal PMS & Ads awareness training.
Support EHS MS internal audit
Assist in other activities and programs related with PMS/EHS,intranet etc.

This position may suit you best, if building learning organizations is your expertise and you have extensive experience with Top Management Learning and Leadership Development.
1. Min 2 years’ experience in PMS system management.
2. Min 1 year EHS internal auditor
3. EHS certifications are desirable. (I.e. Zero Harm Culture etc.), but not required.
4. Effective written and verbal communication skills both in English and Chinese.
5. Excellent consultation skills are a must.
6. Computer literacy
7. Good skill and experience in providing training and workshop
