Responsibilities:
主要职责:

1.Responsible for implementing production plan; 负责生产计划的执行和监督各个班组完成生产计划

2.Responsible for supervising works to produce parts according process requirements and fill in the records;

负责监督检查工人严格按生产工艺执行生产并填写生产记录

3.Supporting for the equipments, tools and power management, and responsible for organization of tools and machines using and maintenance;负责协助管理公司设备、模具、工装和能源，组织和检查工人正确使用、保养工装、模具和设备

4.Responsible for improving the site environment, and push to reality 6S.and bring into effect leaning production; 负责监督执行各班组责任区的现场环境改善，大力推行6S活动，实施精益生产管理方式

5.Responsible for supervision of implementation of safety production rules and regulations; 监督工人执行公司安全生产管理制度等相关文件

6.Check on work attendance, efficiency of production, finished rate of plan, overtime work, work attitude, quality etc.;考核生产员工的出勤情况、生产效率、计划完成率、加班、工作 态度、质量状况的考核

7.Assisting for capacity analysis of each production line and OEE; 协助统计各生产线的产能分析和设备总效率分析

8.Responsible for writing and updating related production file; 负责编写及更新相关生产文件

9.Training operator’s and product quality control;培训工人以及产品质量控制

10.Find and Implement Workshop KAIZEN actions,执行车间持续改善行动

Specification:
任职资格：

1.大学本科或专科学历，机械及相关专业毕业 Degree graduate in Engine and related field of study

2.3年以上汽车行业工作经验 Over 3-year working experience in automotive industry

3.较强的英语能力（口语书面）；Good English skills( Oral and Written)

4.较强的沟通协调能力Good communication and coordinating skills

5.熟悉生产计划管理、OEE、FTT Familiar with production plan management、OEE、FTT

6.熟悉生产现场管理、6s Familiar with Production field management、6s

7.熟悉QRQC、KAIZEN 流程 Familiar with the process of QRQC、KAIZEN
