KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Provide professional secretarial support to GM and directors of China to ensure effective communication and confidentiality are maintained at all times
Coordinate and schedule the GM's travels, visa application for traveling abroad, meetings and appointments as well as car pick up arrangement
Provide assistance using independent judgment to determine those requiring priority attention, prioritize, channel, and facilitate communication among function heads, customer and business partners
Gather, compile, verify, and analyze information for GM to use in documents such as memos, letters, reports, speeches, presentations, and news releases.
Maintain GM's contact list in Outlook
Process and track GM’s T&L expenses, company bill payment requests.
Coordinate and schedule the China senior management team members for business travels, visa application, hotel bookings
Arrange internal and external executive visits for incoming and outgoing overseas
Prepare agenda & minutes for regional management & staff meetings
Co-ordinate annual staff meetings
Necessary support to HR and Admin Department

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, & SKILLS REQUIRED
1.Bachelor degree in HR Administration or related experience
2.3 years or above of related working experience in Multinational company
3.Pro-active, creative and efficient yet with an open and flexible attitude
4.Hands-on style and change agent with the ability to make things happen
5.Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills
6.Strong Communication, supervisory, and relationship building skills
7.Willing to work under pressure
8.Bilingual in English and Mandarin
