Responsible for HDCT reporting
负责集团人力资源报表
Maintain recruiting channel and review channel efficiency
维护招聘渠道和渠道的有效性
Candidate searching, selection and interview
候选人收集、筛选和面试
Analyze training needs according to APA and Mid-Term/ Long-Term business requirement, and work out annual training plan
分析年度SE绩效评估提到的培训需求和公司中长期业务需要，制定年度培训计划
Coordinate various training resource to implement training plan
协调公司内外资源实施培训
Tracking training satisfaction and effective
跟进培训满意度和实施效果
Job requirement 岗位要求：
Bachelor’s degree or above
大学本科或以上学历
>= 5 years HR experience
>=5年以上的人力资源工作经验
Good English communication and presentation skills
良好的英语沟通和呈现技巧
Good knowledge of staffing and training, and can help business improvement with HR knowledge
丰富的招聘/培训知识，并能够用HR的知识帮助业务发展
