Candidate searching, selection and interview
候选人收集、筛选和面试
Analyze training needs according to APA and Mid-Term/ Long-Term business requirement, and work out annual training plan
分析年度SE绩效评估提到的培训需求和公司中长期业务需要,制定年度培训计划
Coordinate various training resource to implement training plan
协调公司内外资源实施培训
Tracking training satisfaction and effective
跟进培训满意度和实施效果
Job requirement 岗位要求:
Bachelor’s degree or above
大学本科或以上学历
>= 5 years HR experience
>=5年以上的人力资源工作经验
Good English communication and presentation skills
良好的英语沟通和呈现技巧
Good knowledge of staffing and training, and can help business improvement with HR knowledge
