Major Responsibilities:
Design and Implement the compensation and benefit policies and program.
Manage and handle the daily C&B related issues make sure payroll process aligned with applicable rules and policies.
Process both expatriate and local staff payroll calculation and payment release including monthly salary, annual bonus and special allowance.
Expatriate staff individual income tax exemption proposal and implementation
Coordinate with Bank and help expatriate staff handling the foreign currency exchange transactions.
Provide the compensation and benefit data analysis and report
Issue the employment letter, income certificate and tax certificate letter for both Local and expatriate staff.
In charge of Commercial Insurance, Health Insurance and Complementary Insurance. Take care of premium calculation, staff enrollment and cancellation and claims settlement.
Monitor and manage HR service provider
Be responsible for contract renewing, payment settlement and assessment of the service qualities.
Cooperate with FESCO and ensure the procession of social insurance and housing fund aligned with applicable rules and policies.
Be in charge of labor contract and agreement signing, renewal and termination.
Ensure the employment conditions and activities comply with the PRC labor law, labor contract law and

related employment regulations.
Take care of the internal procedure of probation pass, promotion, job rotation and handle labor dispute.
Reply to employee's inquiries regarding payroll, insurance and related issues.
New staff orientation training and annual Staff handbook training.
Organize employee's activities to improve employee satisfaction such as Family Day, Spring Out, Christmas Party, Retreat Dinner and Book & Coffee section.

Requirements and Qualifications:
1. Good knowledge of various areas of human resource including benefits, employment, pay-related practices/process, compensation and company policies and procedures with multinational companies;
2. A university degree or equivalent experience.
3. 3-5 years of human resources job-related experience.
4. Good communication skills, Fluent English and Chinese.
5. The ability to maintain confidentiality are essential.
