职位描述
Position Request:
--University degree, major in Finance or accounting (professional accountant is preferred)
--Minimum 3 years working experiences in accounting team with Knowledge and understanding of general ledger.
--Fluency in English ( at least in written )
--Familiar with SAP, Technical skills to use Microsoft Office, Lotus Notes etc.
--Excellent communication skill, Under work pressure and teamwork spirit
Key Activities / Accountabilities:
--Responsible for All depots/gateways in the region including the Regional Head Office of accounting activities
--Ensure that daily accounting tasks are executed in timely and correct manner with the required quality.
--Ensure timely ICR Out of costs to overseas entities through the central IRIS team at the NTCS, timely submit template and scanning, follow up rejection &pending issues.
--Ensure timely follow up on ICR In charges from overseas, Ensure accurately to the correct vendor, profit center, function area, account code and period etc. Payment arrangement and clear off
--Ensure proper procedures are established to ensure timely follow up on ICR charges
--Research and resolve outstanding items and related issues through effective communication with overseas by Email. Ensure all the Month end activity tasks assigned are completed on time and accurately.
--Collect and check the accrual form and supporting documents, Prepare and review the standard accrual template and submit to NTCS in time.
--Ensure that monthly and year end account closing is handled properly
