Key responsibilities:

- Responsible for Sanitaryware/Smart toilet/ e-bidet product engineering and structure design, lead design review, prototype making, etc.

- Responsbile for define, develop, expand, and classify of new design templates, proactively coordinate between functions in response to customer requests, e.g. product managers, production, sourcing, quality etc.

- Responsible for estabilish and improve Sanitaryware/Smart toilet/ e-bidet product attributes parameters, define related test requirement and code compliance needs to assure good design quality

- Interact with functions on VOC (voice of customer) issues solving and lead related product improvement, e.g. after-sales service, production and quality etc.

- Ensure the product development activities comply with company procedures, project specifications, standards and any project specific requirements.

- Prepare, review and update product drawings, models and relevant project documents.

- Ensure good quality of project deliverables.

Requirements and Qualifications:

- Bachelor degree in a technical discipline, preferably Mechanical Engineering.

- Minimun 5 years relevant experience in Sanitaryware/Smart toilet/ e-bidet design, manufacturing, quality or product development experience, preferably from a leading Sanitaryware brand and with project management experience

- Knowledge of Sanitary Ware codes/compliance/regulatory

- Specific engineering performance aspects (fluid flow (for flushing), seals (fill/flush mechanism) preferred

- Skillful use of Pro-E , Autocad

- Proficient in English (verbal and written)

- Ability to function and communicate well in a cross-functional team environment.

- Proactive, strong problem solving skills.

- Intensive domestic travel required.
