职责描述：
·完成业绩任务，领导完成活动项目运作，包括项目的计划、准备、现场执行及项目评估；
·有效领导项目团队，合理安排、监督项目团队的具体工作，指导项目团队成员准时、高质量的完成项目活动运作；
·按照项目推进时间表完成项目的执行，监督供应商质量、价格，有效控制项目执行成本；
·有效保持与客户的沟通，理解客户意图，合理、有效的实现客户需求；


任职要求：
·正规大学本科以上学历，具备五年以上会议活动经验，至少三年以上团队管理经验；
·有大型活动的独立策划经验，较强的策划能力和撰稿能力，并能组织和实施各类市场活动，熟悉广告、医学行业优先；
·工作严谨细致，富于创意，思维敏捷，对新生事物敏感，能经常加班并承受强度较大的工作压力，能适应频繁出差；
·有强烈的工作责任心和团队合作精神，较强的组织协调能力，良好的沟通能力和表达能力；
·计算机应用熟练，熟练使用office相关软件，出众的PPT文件制作技巧；；
·优秀的职业素养，具备外企相关工作经验者优先。
