人力资源经理（北京）

1、参与编制公司年度计划；

2、组织协助编制公司人力资源中长期规划和年度人员配置计划，并进行月度跟踪与分析；

3、参与制订年度的人力成本预算（包括：年度的薪资调整、年度福利计划及各项人事费用等）、年度培训计划、年度招聘计划，并组织实施；

4、参与编制公司人力资源管理体系、人事管理制度、操作流程以及部门内管理规章制度、操作流程；

5、参与组织公司绩效考核的实施，并检查监督。

任职要求：

1. 人力资源相关专业全日制本科以上学历，有医药行业工作经验者优先考虑；

2. 5年以上人力资源主管或经理的管理工作经验，具有人力资源开发管理能力；

3. 熟悉招聘、培训、考核、薪酬福利、社会保险等劳动人事各项业务工作；

4. 熟悉劳动人事法规，能独立处理协调劳动人事方面的一般性矛盾；

5. 较强的组织、指挥、协调、控制、表达能力，善于沟通，具有亲和力；

6. 良好的职业道德、自律、敬业精神和团队合作精神，勇于承担责任；

7.英文听说读写流利优先；
