？应用系统管理

？根据相关管理流程，进行各系统的用户授权等安全管理工作

？与其它服务团队合作，关注系统运行管理, 协调解决相关问题

？与其它服务团队合作，进行应用系统的变更、实施等工作；

？参与新的应用系统项目的实施全过程，并根据具体项目情况和领导安排对项目实施管理

？用户支持

？作为第一级系统支持，直接接收用户的问题反映，并进行相应的判断处理；

？对于不能解决处理的问题，根据具体情况，转发给其它相关团队处理并同时继续承担总的协调工作；

？对于可能的用户需求，会同相关团队一起进行讨论、分析，明确需求内容，提供解决方案

？供应商协调与管理

？根据需要与提供不同服务的供应商服务团队进行沟通，报告问题、提出服务请求、跟踪服务的执行情况；

？监控服务质量，定期与供应商服务团队回顾与讨论相关问题及改进措施；

？确保沟通质量，作好用户与供应商之间的桥梁

？支持配合工作

？以实现团队目标为己任，积极协助其它同事或团队成员完成任务；

？主动与团队成员沟通，确保协同工作；

？按时完成上级领导交办的其它工作，并积极汇报工作进展

任职资格:

1.计算机或相关专业大学本科及以上学历

2.相关领域三年以上工作经验，汽车行业尤佳

3.良好的英语口语、书面表达能力
