工作职责：

岗位特征：
维修车间经理负责保证维修车间的所有运作符合保时捷的标准,确保按时完成提供给客户的服务并达到最高的质量要求。
 
职责说明（职责的先后顺序按照其重要程度进行排列）：

1. 管理车间团队，协助售后服务经理完成车间的人员规划及绩效考核

2. 安排并监督车间的产能，确保实现盈利目标及有效运转

3. 监督保时捷服务流程的有效执行及运用，提升车间团队成员的能力

4. 为车间提供技术支持 （*如果车间内已有技术主管这个岗位，此项职责由技术主管来承担）

5. 管理并监督车间的维修质量和安全

6. 管理车间的工作环境及设备，确保良好运转

Position Characteristics:
The Workshop Manager is responsible that all processes in the workshop are in line with Porsche standards and to ensure that the offered service to the customer is completed in time and with the highest quality.
 
Duty Description( Duties are arranged by importance):

1. Manage the workshop team, and assist After Sale Manager in workforce planning and performance evaluation of the workshop team

2. Arrange and monitor the workshop capacity, ensuring the profit target achievement and effective operation of the workshop

3. Make sure the execution and application of Porsche Service Process, and improve the competence of workshop staff
4. Provide technical support to workshop (*If there is a Technical Supervisor, this duty could be assigned to Technical Supervisor.)

5. Manage and monitor the repair quality and safety of the workshop
6. Manage the work environment and facility of the workshop and make sure the equipment works effectively




任职资格：

教育背景：

?须具备高中学历,具有大专学历或同等经验者优先；

?接受过相关技术培训或具有技术背景者优先

行业背景：至少 2-3 年维修维修车间经理或类似职位的工作经验

其他任职要求：

?候选人需掌握Office软件的操作方法，保时捷系统的操作方法除外；

?热爱本职工作，在工作中保持极高的敬业度及可靠性；

?形象气质佳；

?热爱保时捷产品及服务：

?优秀的客户服务意识,能够迅速建立稳固的客户关系

Education:

?High school degree required, college degree and equivalent experience preferred;

?Candidates participated in related technology training or with the knowledge background preferred
 
Industry background：At least 2-3 years' working experience as Workshop Manager or similar positions in the industry
 
Other qualifications:

?Proficiency in Microsoft Office software; Porsche systems not a must.

?Passion for their work, maintain a high degree of professionalism and reliability in their work;

?Smart appearance;

?Enthusiasm for Porsche products and services;

?With outstanding customer service awareness and ability to quickly establish stable customer relationship
