L3 Support Engineer

Location: Shanghai JinQiao, onsite Alcatel-Lucent

HP managed services for Alcatel-Lucent

As part of the agreement, HP would be entrusted with a large part of Alcatel-Lucent’s IT operations. By taking advantage of HP technologies and transformation expertise, Alcatel-Lucent plans to migrate more quickly to advanced IT infrastructure and services that deliver higher performance and greater efficiency. Throughout the 10-year agreement, Alcatel-Lucent targets significant aggregate savings along with material cash-flow improvements.

Job Description:

Resource(s) will be responsible for supporting Java based applications within the Alcatel-Lucent environment. Responsibilities include escalation from application level 3 support, as well as talking code changes for those applications. Support customer’s production system, including Product Lifecycle Management system or Autonomy system. Resource(s) will be responsible for working with team to take routine support (24*7) and project as well. Responsibility of responding to tickets while primary on escalation rotation. Ability to troubleshoot in high pressure situation. Needs to be considered an ‘expert’

Qualifications

Job Requirement:

BS/MS in Computer Science or related majors.

At least 3 yrs experience with Java

Work experience in PLM domain.

Be familiar with Enovia product.

Self-motivated, good problem solving, good inter-personal communication skills

Strong English & Chinese communication skills (spoken, written)

Experienced with writing technical documentation

Manufacturing background preferred

Rotate in night shift support (6:00am~3:00pm; 2:00pm~10:00pm; 8:00pm~3:00am)
