服务描述/ Brief description of service:

Sales Incentive

Track sales performance and calculate sales incentive for the sales workforce in AP region as per sales incentive plans, tools & processes

Responsible for the sales credit transfer process in order to compensate sales employees accurately

Suggest improvisation and automation of sale incentive process to increase efficiency and analysis capability

Coordinate the completion of specific compensation-related processes in the business, including merit planning, bonus payout, and ad hoc allocations

Support annual pay plan design cycle and goal setting exercise

Data Analytics

Collect and analyze customer, sales force, channel and/or industry research and data to support business analysis.

Gather, classify and analyze intelligence from a variety of field sources and information systems.

Organize the information into useable, actionable reports for use in strategic and operations decision-making.

Conduct analytics, track key performance indicators, and provide reporting to ensure leaders have the information necessary to support business processes and decisions – channel analytics, funnel analytics, region analytics, performance analytics etc

Reporting

Run standard reports to support business decision making on an ongoing basis.

Financial stewardship (done in conjunction with finance): budgeting, controls, auditing, forecast, accruals, etc.

服务担当技能要求/ Skills and qualifications required:、

Education: Require a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Human Resources, Operations or Engineering

Experience: Minimum of 3 years’ experience. Related experience in sales, operations, finance, human resources or project / program management.

Additional desired qualifications include:

- Regional scope of past projects or work experience

- Continuous improvement certification (black belt, green belt or lean)

- Proficient in SAP is preferred
