Responsibilities:

In project planning, initiation and requirement analysis stages:

Leading or participating in the business requirement workshops with the users, gathering and documenting business processes and requirements;

Understanding key functional and user experience requirements and translating them into well defined requirements;

Proactively advice users on process optimization with the best practice in the industry;

Assess the efforts/cost for the requirements with users and technical team.

In project implementation stage:

Regular communicate with users at all levels on project and issue resolution;

Assisting project management in implementation projects.

Support the Teams with planning and performing of administrative processes;

Closely track project progress against project plan, and update project status to teams;

Support in budgetary planning and accounting of the Technical Project Management;

Support for Event and Workshop organization;

Maintain project management tools.

Requirements:

At least 3-5 years professional experience as business analyst or consultant for eCommerce, CRM and digital marketing;

Working experience with Omni Channel/Big data is preferred;

Experience with running workshops to extract and define detail requirements;

Ability to describe complex business process issues at varying levels dependent on the audience, using formal business process mapping techniques;

Proven business analysis and consultative skills;

Domain knowledge and expertise in Retail eCommerce;

Highly organized, with a meticulous attention to detail;

Professional use of MS Office products (word, excel, PowerPoint) ;

Good English and Chinese knowledge (written and spoken) is preferred.
