职位描述
工作地点:上海市江场西路299弄海棠大厦
上/下班时间:9:00-18:00
薪资水平:税前6000-8000,一年13薪

职责:
HRIT: 系统
Make sure all data is maintained in the relative systems (HR.net, Payroll & Attendance, Concur, AX and others) accurately and timely and deal with the reporting needs and enquiry from HRBPs & the business.
及时准确维护相关系统数据((HR.net, Payroll & Attendance, Concur, AX 和其他系统)及处理来自HR BP和业务的需求报告。
Personnel Management: 人员管理
-Responsible for employee on board, on job and exit procedures, and ensure legal compliance during the whole employment cycle. Drive continuous process improvement.
-Manage and verify the labour contract of entire responsible location
-Well manage all personnel files and records.
-Support HRBPs and business for relative employee data report
-人员入职、在职和离职管理,确保法律合规性,并推动流程优化
-管理和核实职责范围内的劳动合同
-管理所有相关的人员档案和记录
-提供HRBP及业务团队相关员工数据报告
P-file
-Strictly follow P-file index, keep and secure all employee P-files within the assigned scope.
-Support ER, HRBPs to check/copy/ lend relative documentation in P-file and follow up.
-在所负责的范围内严格遵循员工档案要求,保存和保管好所有的员工档案。
-协助ER & HRBP 去核查/复制/提供相关的文件资料并跟进。
Attendance & Payroll support:
-Familiar with company C&B scheme, understand the pay principle for responsible functions
-Connect closely with Payroll team to ensure all key payroll elements ( new hires/Leavers/ Time attendances and others) are accurately transfer to payroll system.
-Work closely with Payroll specialist, act as a double check point for the responsible function monthly parroll details.
-熟悉公司薪酬方案,了解所服务的业务团队的支付原则
-与工资支付团队紧密合作以确保所有关键工资要素(入职/离职/考勤等)准确地提供给到工资系统中。
-与工资支付专员密切合作,对所负责业务团队工资数据的再次确认。
Recruiting:
Conduct recruitment activities for assigned vacancies and ensure recruitment plan accomplished on schedule
为指定的职位进行招聘活动,确保招聘计划如期完成
Competency & Training Management:
-Orientation training program’s organization, coordination and follow up for new employees of entire responsible function
-Follow up Annual training execution and collect out the training report
-Assist function team to build the model of position competence and use it to employment cycle
-负责范围内的新员工入职培训项目的组织、协调和跟进
-跟进年度培训的实施情况及收集整理培训报告
-协助所负责的业务团队建立岗位能力模型并在人员管理模块中运用。

要求:
-College degree in HR relevant fields with 1 +yrs HR experience in multinational companies; High potential new graduate can be considered.
-HR generalist experience including recruiting, performance management, employee relations & development, and coaching
-Capability of process continuous improvement is preferred
-Hands-on and has a “can-do” attitude to deliver flawless HR services and support
-大学学历,在HR多个模块中至少工作1年以上。优秀的毕业生也可考虑。
-HR 经验包括招聘、绩效管理、员工关系及发展、培训
