？ Maintain and support manufacturing information system (include MES system, Warehouse management system, etc.) operation to meet SLA commitment

o Break fix of manufacturing information system Incident (Handle L1 incident and escalate L2 incident to division IT if required)

o Fulfillment of manufacturing information system Service Request

o Conduct Incident root cause analysis and related improvement plan

o Technique synchronization with division IT

o Keep plant manufacturing information system compliance and alignment with Corning IT policy and standard

？ Conduct and support manufacturing information system base capability work

o Collect and analyze business requirement from plant

o Provide initial functional specification analysis and system architecture design

o Participate base capability development, testing, debugging and implementation

？ Coordinate Corp, Division and Plant IT project in plant

o Coordinate Corp IT Service Line project

o Lead or support IT project initiated by Division or Plant

？ Other works required by CQ local plant

Education & Experience

？ 5 or more years' experience managing and/or coordinating IT MES/ERP related applications, services, projects and/or operations

？ 10 or more years overall work experience

？ Preferred working knowledge and/or experience in Automotive or Manufacturing industry

？ Working knowledge and/or experience in one or more of the following business processed: Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Engineering, and/or Purchasing

？ Proven experience with business and technical requirements analysis and modeling

？ Strong customer service orientation

？ Team player

Required Skills

？ MES system implementing experience is preferred- In-depth knowledge of Automation products & solutions.

？ Skilled with .Net, Java, C# and good development experience.

？ Familiar with Database (SQL Server, Oracle, PI)

？ Familiar with Middleware (MQ, Web logic)

？ Excellent knowledge of iFix, SCADA, SPC

？ Familiar with computers and networking.

？ Exceptional customer service and good communication skills

？ Good listening, interpersonal, written and oral communication skills in local language and English

？ Project Experience in Automotive, Oil & Gas, petrochemical, Metal, Water, Energy
