Primary Responsibilities 主要职责:

• 支持耗材销售经理完成该区域销售业绩（700万销售额）：包括耗材，配件和服务合同。

• 负责维护区域内现有客户IB忠诚度（120家客户），以及利用回抢漏斗回抢IB生意（80家客户）。

• 协助IB销售经理向AP销售和服务团队提供服务来确保合同的正常签订。

• 与设备直销，服务部门，销售支持部门紧密合作，来确保业绩的完成

• 联系及拜访潜在客户，发现生意机会，确保回抢的业绩。确定客户的需求，合同谈判

• 在供应商和服务时候收集整理信息，转给销售支持以便他们可以更新竞争对手的信息

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

• 3-8年直销工作经验（有工业产品或工业设备易耗品行业直销经验，外企销售经验者优先）

• 性格开朗，学习能力和适应能力较强，出色的业务沟通和跨部门协调能力，能适应经常出差拜，心理承受能力较强

• 有电话拜访工作经验或者salesforce操作经验者更优

• 完成公司下达的耗材指标，提高耗材合同签约率，同时挽回丢失客户的耗材份额

• 大专以上学历，能熟练掌握Excel/Word等办公软件和简单的日常英语要求
