职位描述
MAIN ACTIVITIES
? Establish and maintain effective preventative maintenance schedule in mechanical and electrical area, monitoring the implement status and analyzing the PM result
? Responsible for preventive maintenance to minimize down time through TPM, RRCA, MP, 5S, etc
? Improvement maintenance methods by analyzing routine failures
? Spare parts plan and maintenance cost control
? Work with all different departments on providing data and verification of failure
? Work with Engineering and Production to support and improve safety, productivity, quality and cost
? Support and/or drive cost reduction, productivity and quality improvement goals
? Evaluate and/or analyze unique problems with equipment, troubleshoot equipment failures and repair as needed
? Propose rationalized suggestion in maintenance work and keep continuous improvement
? All other duties assigned by the supervisor
JOB REQUIREMENTS
? College degree or above majored in mechanical and electrical engineering
? Min. 3 years experiences in similar function in manufacturing industry
? Good capability in reading technical English, Email writing and reading.
? Strong PC skills and CAD experience.
? PLC and industrial robot experience
? Mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic knowledge
? Good team spirit and problem solving ability
? Strong willing to study/use tools of TPM, MP, 5S, etc
