We are currently seeking a Product Specialist to join our team in Shanghai, reporting to Product Manager.

Position Purpose:

Assist in develop and implement product strategy and annual business plans for assigned product lines, drive business growth above market average.

Primary Responsibilities:

? Assist on assigned product portfolio P&L, including revenue/pricing/profit etc.,

? Guide/support sales/customers on existing and new products, with value based product/application knowledge/sales tools such as product training materials, TCO and fight sheet etc.

? In charge of project pricing management and commercial support to sales team.

? Providing product training to internal/external sales/customers.

? Understanding overall market/customer needs, and assisting on developing needs-based segmentation.

? Assist on conducting VOC activities for new and renewed product projects.

? Working with global and local team, assisting on new product commercialization for local market.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

? Preferred B.S. in a Technical field, particularly in Electronics Engineering or Mechanical Engineering

? 2-3 years of Marketing/Product Management experience expected; Preferred experience working for a large multi-national company

? Skills required

o Active listening to deeply understand customers’ needs, particularly the needs behind needs ;

o Economic and logic thinking to capture and develop value proposition;

o Ability to multi-task & strong project management skills;

o Ability to influence and drive consensus within cross function team –including Sales, R&D, Procurement, Production, Logistic and Legal;

o Solid computer skills, proficient in Microsoft Office;

o Fluent language skills (both written and verbal) in Mandarin and English is a must;

? Ability to travel up to 40% of the time
