1. Responsible for Receiving Inspection 负责入料检查：

1.1 Responsible for quality of purchasing part and material 负责采购零件和材料的质量

1.2 Conduct purchasing part and material inspection according to inspection instructions and drawings.按照检验规范及相应图纸对采购零件和材料进行检验。

1.3 Manage on hold suspect purchasing part and material and update the information in the record accordingly. 管控扣留的不合格采购零件和材料，并记录及更新相关信息。

2. Responsible for in-process quality control 负责制程质量控制：

2.1 Audit process document like operation and inspection instruction, packaging instruction, and etc. regularly .对制程相关文件（如操作及检验指导书，包装规范等）进行定期审查。

2.2 Assists in the determination of any non-conformance and supports manufacturing including tagging, isolation, inventory control, rework management, final audit and associate training.协助进行各项质量异常的处理，包括：协助生产线进行不良的相关标示，隔离，库存的控制，不良品重工的控制，重工后的检查，及相关的作业员培训。

2.3 Verify in-process non-conforming parts and summary the nonconformance to daily record.进行每日的制程不良品确认，同时统计每日的不良到质量日报表。

2.4 Assists CMM Lab Technician to perform preventive maintenance in-process inspection instruments.协助实验室技术员对制程中使用的相关检验工具进行预防性维护。

2.5 Participates in problem solving activities for internal and external quality issues. Provide trending and nonconformance information to cell personnel. 参与内部及外部质量问题的处理，并将相关不良信息，趋势宣导给作业员。

2.6 Provides quality relevant training for operator as required to ensure that personnel can use measurement instruments properly and understand the inspection requirements for products and component parts . 对作业人员进行质量相关培训，以保证作业人员能够正确使用检验工具，理解产品及零件的检验要求。 3．Responsible for Final audit 负责成品阶段的相关检查： 3.1 Conduct Final parts inspection according to inspection instructions and control plan . 按照检验规范及控制计划对成品进行检验。 3.2 Make sure part number , revision level ,lot number and part related information documented correctly . 确认产品料号，版本，批号等相关信息正确。 Audit packaging and label correction . 审查产品包装及标签的正确性。

Basic Requirements基本要求:

    

1. Minimum 3 years experience in industry plant as quality technician .

    

三年以上工厂质量检验经验

    

2. Hingh School or Technical School and above

    

高中或技校及以上学历

    

3. Able to use measuring instruments, for instance, Calipers, Micrometer, Indicator, Height Gage, Feeler Gage, Torch Wrench, Special Checking fixtures and so on.

    

会使用卡尺，百分表，千分尺，高度规，塞规，扭力扳手，特殊检具等量测设备。

    

4. Familiar with TS16949/ISO14001 system and related requriements.,

    

熟知TS16949/IOS14001 体系及相关体系要求

    

5. Basic knowledge of PC, office, using excel and word.

    

熟练操作电脑及office办公软件，会使用excel和word。

    

6. Good analytical and communicate (written and verbal) skills.

    

较强的分析和沟通（书面及口头表达）能力。

注：本职位工作地点在重庆渝北区龙兴工业园，985公交站五菱厂站附近，暂无交通车和住宿。住址在渝北两路（980公交站附近）、龙兴镇、复盛镇、石船镇，江北鱼嘴镇范围，公共交通将会更加便利。
