Ø Job Objectives 职位目标
The position is to provide high-level administrative support by preparing statistical reports, handling information requests, and performing clerical functions such as preparing correspondence, receiving visitors, arranging conference calls, and scheduling meetings.

Ø Job Responsibilities 主要工作职责
Arrange and coordinate logistics, schedule and arrangements for Manufacturing Director, Asia Pacific, visitors and overseas colleagues.
Take charge of the internal communication with relevant different team leaders, Corp function colleagues and ordinary staff.
Participant regular meeting, prepare meeting slides, make meeting minutes and track following action.
Organize team building events and any department level activities.
Department payment request and PO role in SAP database.
Pull out data from SAP and management system for further analysis.
Take charge of the company van.
Assume additional responsibilities as assigned.

Ø Job Requirements 职位要求
1.Background背景:Bachelor 4~5年；Master 2~3年相关工作经验。
2.Language语言:英语听说读写熟练。
3.Paper work文案认真细心，帮助总监完成相关文本工作，必要时通过与其他部门的内部沟通收集所需材料。
4.business trip商务出差能接受江浙沪范围出差
5.Business entertainment商务应酬能合理安排商务宴请，有商务应酬经验，能喝酒。
