职位描述：

1. 负责ASIC及SoC项目的嵌入式系统驱动开发与调试，系统移植与优化以及核心应用代码编写和调试；

2. 与项目成员一起测定系统要求，原型设计，支持客户产品应用，在项目中发挥重要角色作用；

3. 与硬件和SoC人员配合共同完成SoC的整体验证调试、SoC性能和功耗的优化等工作；

4. 基于芯片FPGA和Silicon验证平台，在芯片验证阶段实现SoC芯片各功能组件的验证、各驱动模块级开发和调试；

任职资格：

1. EE，CE，CS专业，至少4年以上BSP开发经验；

2. 丰富的Linux开发经验，比如芯片Bringup经验、JTAG调试器的使用经验、Linux内核的移植和开发、编写和调试Linux设备驱动程序的经验、对Linux内核的深入理解，能够快速解决疑难问题；

3. 丰富的Bootloader开发经验，有USB/DDR的驱动实现经历优先；

4. 熟悉SoC的多种外围接口协议，熟悉MIPI/I2C/SPI/USB/PWM/UART等接口的设计；

5. 理解硬件和ARM/DSP硬件架构，熟悉主流SoC平台：RockChip/Qualcomm/MTK；

6. 良好的团队合作及敬业精神，对产品研发和创新工作充满热情；

7. 具有Camera嵌入式软件开发经验者优先；

8. 具有深度学习相关算法在终端开发与优化经验者优先；

Senior Analog IC Design Engineer/Manager

Responsibilities:

l Development of the transistor level analog circuits and digital interfaces for CMOS Image Sensor.

l Responsible to translate system level specs onto the circuit block level performance spec, circuit architecture, design and development to meet the system level specs.

l Use EDA tool to run simulation and function verification.

l IC layout supervision.

l IC lab test and debug.

l Design and optimize chip layout.

Job Requirements:

l BS Degree and 7+ years’ experience required, MSEE or Ph.D. preferred, in the area of IC analog/mixed signal design.

l Expertise on transistor level Analog and digital logic IC design experience using CMOS, or SOI processes.

l Experience designing the following analog blocks: bandgap, biasing circuits, regulator, charge-pumps, ADC, op-amps, LDO, oscillator, custom logic.

l Good understanding of device noise, mismatch, linearity, and other analog impairments.

l Design tradeoff on performance, risk, yield, testability and cost.

l Must have a thorough understanding of analog design theory, loop stability analysis, device physics.

l Layout floorplan to optimum performance, layout supervision, post layout simulations.

l Experienced in implementing on chip ESD protection strategies.

l Strong Lab experience to performance IC characteristic and debugging.

l Excellent Oral and written communication skill.

The following qualifications are desirable but not required

· Good understanding of pixel operation, pixel architectures, operation timing, bias conditions.

· Industry experience in CMOS Image sensor or CCD pixel development.

· Design experience with different digital interface including SPI, MIPI, I^2C.

· Good understanding of PDK(process design kit such design rule, spice parameters).
