岗位职责：

1、文件管理，包括文件管理SOP的制定，文件的格式审核、印制、分发、修订、补发、外发、销毁等；

2、负责公司GMP文件管理相关的培训；

3、文件的归档和管理，包括纸质版和电子版文件；

4、文件管理软件系统的维护，负责电子文件的更新上传；

5、空白记录的分发、收回等；

6、文件档案室的管理；

7、上司或领导安排的其他工作。

任职要求：

1、大专及以上学历，药学相关专业；

2、了解GMP等相关法规，熟悉GMP文件的管理流程；

3、熟悉Office等常用相关办公软件。

公司总部位于重庆市北碚区水土高新技术产业园，两个核心研发团队分别位于重庆市与上海市，目前，公司新建的国际化水平的制剂工厂已正式投入使用，同时，公司已组建了由资深专家领衔的包含了多名国内外博士及资深研究人员的先进技术团队，掌握了呼吸用药的核心技术，同时公司也已准备好了国际化的技术、管理和市场营销人才。未来公司产品计划在全球主要国家陆续上市。
Respirent head office is located in Chongqing Beibei Shuitu High-tech industrial Park, China. We have two core R&D teams located in Chongqing and Shanghai, Respirent has an internationalized management structure, and we have formed advanced R&D teams with International PhDs and Senior Scientists for respiratory medicines. Respirent will file and launch its products internationally .
