重庆招聘

1、严格按公司工作制度和流程规范开展研发中心QA管理工作；

2、指导、协调、监督和检查各部门是否严格地执行规定的职责和程序；

3、审核相关方案、报告、操作规程等，保证研发过程中所有的变更、验证活动已被执行和批准，并确认操作人员已接受良好的培训，检查所有研发记录的及时性、完整性、追溯性和真实性；

4、监督新购置设备或变更后的设备经确认合格后才能投入使用；监督实验设备、设施都已进行良好的清洁和预防性维护，保证设备处于良好状态，符合环境要求；

5、监督研发各部门所有员工都已经进行过必要的上岗前培训、考核和继续培训；

6、按照公司EHS要求，配合相关部门开展环境保护、职业健康、生产安全相关工作。

任职资格：

1、 具备药学及相关专业本科及以上学历；

2、 具有5年以上QA相关工作经验，具有QC从业经历或生产/研发的从业经验有先考虑；

3、 熟悉药品GMP及相关法律法规，参与过GMP认证事宜；

4、 具有良好的责任心，良好的沟通能力和团队合作精神；

5、 良好的英文阅读和查阅英文文献的能力；

6、 具有外企或大型药企工作经历者优先考虑，对CTD申报资料、注册法规、指导原则熟悉者优先考虑。
