1. 根据公司战略，对市场环境、现有业务、新业务、竞争对手进行高质量的分析，支持管理决策；

2、密切关注行业格局和市场环境的变化，收集行业及市场相关信息和基础数据、归集、整理；

Pay close attention to the changes of industry pattern and market environment, collect relevant information and basic data of industry and market, collect and organize;

3、与数据及建模人员密切沟通，与产品经理密切沟通，保证分析结果的准确有效性及可实现性；

4、组织并完成专项专题的战略分析和报告撰写工作

5 、适当参与跟客户的沟通，提供风险管理的专业意见；

6、支持集团战略投资项目，进行公司分析和相关行业研究，帮助投资团队制定投资策略；

7、了解各业务线发展进度，敏感发现问题，进行战略修正及纠偏

8、协助投资项目与业务部门实现战略协同，提供可落地的策略建议和执行方案；

Assist the investment project and the business department to achieve strategic coordination, and provide the implementation plan for the implementation

任职要求：

1、本科及以上学历。

Bachelor degree or above.

2、3年以上工作经验，具备完整的战略规划项目经验；有战略咨询公司工作经验，或大型互联网公司战略部门工作经验者优先；

At least 3 years working experience with complete strategic planning experience; Working experience in strategic consulting company, or working experience in strategic department of large Internet company is preferred.

3、优秀的商业分析能力、逻辑思维能力、模型搭建能力，精通excel、ppt等办公软件；

Excellent business analysis ability, logical thinking ability, model building ability, proficient in excel, PPT and other office software;

4、积极主动，优秀的执行力与推动能力，勇于承担工作压力，结果导向；

Proactive, excellent execution and promotion ability, willing to undertake work pressure and result oriented;

5、强大的学习热情和学习能力；

Strong learning enthusiasm and learning ability

6、擅于沟通并具备良好的团队合作能力，良好的职业操守。
