1、 整合公司现有资源，完成营销产品策划；

Integrate existing resources of the company and complete marketing product planning;

2、 在整体营销策略的指导下，对平台的核心产品、优秀案例进行有针对性的包装，并进行相关内部培训；

Under the guidance of the overall marketing strategy, the core products and excellent cases of the platform are packaged with targeted packages and relevant internal training.

3、 对接内部团队，了解内部最新动态，按要求撰写营销方案；

Coordinate with the internal team, understand the latest internal developments, write marketing plans as required;

4、 公司内部营销数据的对接，为营销团队提供数据分析、支持；

Coordinate internal marketing data to provide data analysis and support for the marketing team.

5、 营销相关会议的组织和协调等常规事务性工作；

The organization and coordination of marketing related meetings and other routine work;

6、 为公司提供策略媒介平台和解决方案。

Provide strategic media platforms and solutions for the company.

7、 根据实际情况制定活动计划及方案，制定各类活动的策划计划及活动策略；

Make activity plans and plans according to the actual situation, and make plans and strategies for various activities;

8、 对市场营销工作中出现的问题进行总结、反馈，提出行之有效的解决方案；

Summarize and feedback the problems in marketing work, and propose effective solutions.

任职要求：

1. 大学本科以上学历，市场营销、商业策划、广告学等专业背景；

Bachelor degree or above, major in marketing, business planning, advertising, etc.;

2、2年以上的营销活动工作经历，有想法有激情、责任心强、良好的执行力，能承受高强度的工作时间和压力；

More than 2 years of working experience in marketing activities, passionate, responsible and good execution, able to work under high intensity of time and pressure;

3、 具有独立的分析和解决问题的能力，市场感觉敏锐，有良好的沟通技巧和组织能力；

Ability to analyze and solve problems independently, keen market sense, good communication skills and organizational skills;

4、 熟练使用Office 、CorelDRAW、Photoshop等办公及绘图软件，擅长PPT制作；

Proficient in Office, CorelDRAW, Photoshop and other Office and drawing software, good at PPT production;

5、能承受较大的压力 ，热爱自己的行业。

Able to work under great pressure and love your industry.

6、 吃苦耐劳，具有强烈的敬业精神、工作责任心、创新意识和团队意识；

Hard-working, with a strong sense of professionalism, work responsibility, innovation and team spirit;

7、逻辑严谨，具有较强的市场营销、项目推广的策划能力、组织能力、数理分析能力、沟通能力；

Rigorous logic, strong marketing, project promotion planning, organization, mathematical analysis and communication skills;
