工作职责：

岗位特征：
配件经理通过管理配件部门或其配件销售活动实现保时捷汽车配件和其他指定产品的销售和供应,还负责规划和协调配件部门的售后服务策略。
 
职责说明（职责的先后顺序按照其重要程度进行排列）：

1. 管理配件团队，协助售后服务经理完成配件部的人员规划及绩效考核

2. 监督、分析与配件有关的数据和关键绩效指标,制定可行性分析报告及市场拓展计划

3. 负责零配件仓库检查，确保工作环境和设备清洁、整齐、维护良好

Position Characteristics:
The Parts Manager is responsible for selling and delivering Porsche parts and selected products by managing the parts department and parts sales activities. S/He in charge for planning and coordinating the After Sales strategy in the parts department.
 
Duty Description( Duties are arranged by importance):

1. Manage the parts team, and assist After Sale Manager in workforce planning and performance evaluation of the parts team

2. Monitor and analyse related parts data and key performance indicators, develop parts feasibility report and business development plan

3. Perform regular check for the parts warehouse; ensure the cleanness, tidiness and maintenance of parts warehouse facility

任职资格：

教育背景：最低具备大专学历;具备有关专业大学本科学历者优先

行业背景：至少2年配件经理或类似职位工作经验，有汽车售后服务或配件业务经验者优先

其他任职要求：

?候选人需掌握Office软件的操作方法，保时捷系统的操作方法除外；

?热爱本职工作，在工作中保持极高的敬业度及可靠性；

?形象气质佳；

?热爱保时捷产品及服务：

?兼具独立工作能力和团队合作能力，优秀的组织和分析能力

Education:

?College degree required;

?University degree in related major preferred
 
Industry background：

?At least two years' experience as Parts Manager or in similar positions;

?Candidates with experience in automobile After Sales service/parts business preferred
 
Other qualifications:

?Proficiency in Microsoft Office software; Porsche systems not a must

?Passion for their work, maintain a high degree of professionalism and reliability in their work;

?Smart appearance;

?Enthusiasm for Porsche products and services;

?With independent working ability, team work ability, excellent organising and analyzing abilities
